Because Baal Dan is run by volunteers, we minimize or in some cases eliminate the many common administrative costs associated with nonprofit organizations. Typically, nonprofit organizations spend at least 25% of donations on administrative expenses.
In our case, almost every expense is covered by our Founder or generous volunteers such that every dollar donated has the maximum impact for children in need.
Grants from Baal Dan
We operate through giving grants on an annual basis to vetted grassroots organizations that help children in need.
Grants vary from $2,500 to $50,000 per organization per year and they vary based on need and what we are able to raise.
