Last year marked a very special milestone--20 years since I founded Baal Dan Charities, inspired by the belief that even the smallest act of kindness can make a profound difference in a child’s life.

To honor this journey, we created a short film that captures the magic, courage, and compassion at the heart of Baal Dan.

“The Little Hero” is a gentle, enchanting story brought to life by the extraordinary storyteller, artist, and actor Sol Landerman. His narration invites children into a world where empathy becomes heroism and where small hearts can create big change.

We have big goals ahead this year - from continuing to support our little ones at orphanages in India, providing daily food and supplies for programs for children with special needs in Nepal and South Africa and hopefully extending our food rations program in Ethiopia!
